Question 1

What is TBJ for Corporate?

Accepted Answer

The Borderless Journey for Corporate is a corporate partnership program in which companies don't simply "buy training" — they help grow an ecosystem together. Backed by 14+ partner companies, executives, senior managers, young leaders and Gen Z participants engage in dialogue in the same space over four months.

Question 2

Which departments use it?

Accepted Answer

It is used across many functions: HR / talent development (leadership and succession development), recruiting / engagement (connecting with Gen Z), CSR / sustainability (scholarship sponsorship and ESG reporting), communications / brand (founder talks and external messaging), and new business / innovation (Gen Z insights and an international network).

Question 3

What partnership formats are available?

Accepted Answer

You can combine four formats: (1) TBJ program enrollment (4 months), (2) overseas study programs (three days and two nights or longer), (3) event and training talks by founder Wako Kudeken, and (4) sponsorship (the TBJ Co-Creation Day, held twice a year). We also support recruiting touchpoints, in-house training, joint events and custom projects.

Question 4

How is the support used?

More than 90% of your support goes directly to scholarships for students and young people. We publish the figures so they can be cited in sustainability reports, CSR reports and integrated reports.
